1.1 These terms explain how you may use the website at ogqbank.com (the “Website”), the OGQBank learning platform (the “Platform”) and the services we provide through them (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by MasterQ Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as OGQBank(“we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 Paid subscriptions are also governed by our Terms and Conditions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.
2. Using our Services
2.1 The Services are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
2.2 You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person and must not be shared.
2.3 We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you break these terms or if we reasonably suspect misuse of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to commit fraud;
- copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish or sell any questions, explanations or other content;
- share your login details or give anyone else access to your account;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
- impersonate us or anyone else.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 The Services and all their content, including questions, explanations, software, design and trade marks, are owned by us or our licensors. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
4.2 We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own study while your account is active. No other rights are granted.
5. Educational content
5.1 Our content is designed to help you prepare for examinations. It is not medical, legal or professional advice and must not be relied on for patient care or any other real-world decision.
5.2 We work hard to keep content accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it is free from errors. You can report any issue using the flag feature on the Platform or by emailing ogqbank@gmail.com.
5.3 We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any examination body unless we say so explicitly. We do not guarantee any examination result.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Services available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Services, for example for maintenance or updates.
7. Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
8. Our liability
8.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
8.2 Subject to 8.1, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. If you continue to use the Services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
